The Fool is one of the central archetypes of transformation, symbolizing beginnings, trust, openness, and the willingness to step into the unknown. This workshop combines a 40-minute lecture with guided experiential practices. It explores The Fool both as a symbolic figure within tarot and as a living archetypal force that shapes perception, imagination, and processes of change. The theoretical part offers a structured exploration of the archetype — its symbolism, psychological dimensions, and cultural meaning. This is followed by practical exercises that translate these insights into embodied and creative experience. Rather than separating theory from experience, the session works as a continuous movement between understanding and perception, reflection and imagination. The aim is not to learn The Fool as a concept, but to experience how this archetype operates within your inner landscape and everyday perception. A short guided sound meditation is also included, designed to support embodied integration of the experience and bring the exploration into a more sensory and intuitive dimension.
